My Story

 

As a young woman growing up in Melbourne,  I found myself struggling to find place and purpose in the world.  Instead, I felt a deep void within me, which I spent many years trying to fulfill.  For a full 25 years, I was a seeker and explored many healing modalities.

 

Through my long seeking, I came to self-inquiry, yoga, and meditation, which together have facilitated a deep sense of wholeness and authenticity in my Self. ​I have a diploma of counselling from which I have developed a holistic approach. I am also a inner Child Therapist.

 

My gift lies in my intuitive perception and inherent wisdom to guide others to the core of their issues.

I currently work for NALAG (National Association of Grief & Loss) on a voluntary basis as a grief counsellor.

 

​I am Certified Svaroopa® Yoga Teacher and a Certified Embodyment® Yoga Therapist and Treating Pain Therapist and over 12 years of experience.​

 

My goal is to relieve your suffering, to guide and reconnect you with your authentic self as well as support you and teach you techniques to live your life at your greatest potential.
