Inner Child Therapy

Inner child therapy facilitates adults to recognise and resolve past trauma, dysfunctional behaviours and their associated beliefs etc by reconnecting them with their inner child. and guiding them to reparent their inner child (with compassion, empathy and acceptance).   Inner child healing can help you overcome feelings of abandonment, abuse, neglect, etc.

Self-enquiry

A healing technique based on locating and clearing emotional blockages working with four main energy centres or chakras. The technique involves askings a series of questions to invoke the profound wisdom that lies within each of us, the voice of the inner self.   It allows the client to dissolve negative thoughts and emotions and return to peace.  It will allow you to stay in a clear space of good feeling in the face of life’s difficulties.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

CBT is based on the idea that your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected and influence each other. By identifying and challenging negative or unhelpful thoughts, you can change how you feel and behave.  CBT is a therapy that helps you cope with problems, manage stress, and improve your self worth.

Solution Focused Therapy

Is a short-term future-focused therapeutic approach which helps clients change by constructing solutions rather than "solving" problems. Elements of the desired solution often are already present in the client's life and become the basis for ongoing change.  The focus is on your goals rather than your “problems”.

 

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Mindfulness

Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) is a way of coping with difficult emotions and situations by embracing them, not avoiding them.  The goal is to detach or distance  oneself from their thoughts and witness them objectively. 

 

Mindfulness

is the practice of becoming more fully aware of the present moment rather than dwelling in the past or projecting into the future. It generally involves a heightened awareness (noticing your breathing, feeling the sensations of your body, etc.) and being "in the now”.

 

Ujyaii Pranayama (Breathwork)

Is a ancient yogic breathing technique.   It will quieten your mind, reduce anxiety, increase your strength and vitality, boost your immunity, increase your enthusiasm and give you a positive attitude and much more.
