Svaroopa® Yoga

What is Svaroopa® Yoga?  (Pronounced 'SWA ROO PA')

A slower-paced style of yoga that features precision with compassion. A fundamental principal of  Svaroopa® yoga is “Support = Release” you will be well supported in all of the poses so you can fully rest in each angle and benefit from the release of the deep muscles that attach to your spine in the core of your body.  It’s simple yet profound. I am trained to use props, alignments and adjustments to personalize poses that target your spine, which dissolve the deepest layers of tensions giving you instantaneous relief from your aches and pains.  

Svaroopa® yoga is a body friendly, yoga that anyone can do regardless of experience or fitness level.

After experiencing the deep and profound effects and changes the yoga had both my body and mind, I knew this was a gift I wanted to share with others.  I was amazed with how easily and quickly this yoga created changes in my body, mind and emotions.

 

I have been teaching regular classes since 2012, which specialize in small group classes. I am able to personalise the poses to suit your bodies needs and abilities.  If you have specific injuries, ailments or wanting to experience even deeper and profound changes in your body and mind I offer Embodyment® Yoga Therapy sessions and Treating Pain Therapy sessions.
